01.Sign Up & Eligibility
- I had added my email to the Casa Bonita waiting list, but I did not get an invitation to register for The Founders Club. Can I get my link re-sent?
Please send an email to TheFoundersClub@casabonitadenver.com from the email address that you originally used to sign up for the waiting list. If we have that email in our system, we will resend your Founders Club invite to activate your membership.
- I received an error message when I tried to enroll in The Founders Club. What should I do?
Please send an email to TheFoundersClub@casabonitadenver.com from the email address that you originally used to sign up for the waiting list so that we can assist you.
- How long do I have to sign up for the Founders Club?
Eligible individuals have until Sunday, September 29, 2024 to complete their membership profile. After that date, this prestigious club will no longer accept new members.

- What is The Founders Club?
The Founders Club is our way of saying thank you to the Casa Bonita fans who signed up for our email list.
- What exclusive perks will members of The Founder's Club enjoy?
Founders will enjoy preferred access to reservations and events, 10% off at El Mercado (in-store and online), and a personalized dashboard and membership card.
- What do members need to do to get the 10% off discount on Casa Bonita merchandise?
There are three ways to use your 10% off Founders Club discount:
- You can access the El Mercado website directly from your Founders Club Member Dashboard, https://shop.casabonitadenver.com/discount/founder. Be sure to use the email address associated with your Founders Club account, and the 10% off will be added directly to your cart.
- If you access the online store directly at https://shop.casabonitadenver.com, use the email address associated with your Founders Club account and apply the code FOUNDER at checkout.
- For in-store purchases, simply show a team member your membership card and provide them with the email address associated with your account.
Please note that the Founders Club discount is non-transferrable and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
- How do I download my membership card to my Apple or Google wallet?
You can add your membership card to your electronic wallet directly from your Founders Club Member profile page, https://thefoundersclub.casabonitadenver.com/profile. Simply click the "Add to Apple Wallet" button. This will also work with Androids.
03.Other
- Can I invite my friends or family members to join The Founders Club?
No. Only those fans who were already on the Casa Bonita waiting list can be Founders. The Founders Club is an exclusive club, and we will not be extending any more invitations in the future.
- How do I cancel my Founder's Club membership?
